Have you ever thought the exact same thing applies to your opponent? Not only do they see you spinning around like an idiot, but on top of that they have no idea where your going to aim it. You could just be looking to clear the wave or hit your opponent but they have no idea because you're not letting them know before hand like many Xerath players tend to do. So that feeling that you hit more skills when you spin around is probably just a straight up reality because it not only messes with ur lane opponent but probably mildly confuses them as well.

@@gregoryent thats most likely not the reason(at least not the main reason), he does it to keep his position and have good spacing while loading the Q, so he spins in circle according to where he wants to be positioned after the Q goes off, not moving directly at the opponent, but instead keep his spacing while loading, since xerath mainly relies on hitting his abilites and having that extra long distance between him and his enemy. Its more of a logic thing, hence y OP doesnt think of y he does it, you would rather hit ur opponent with the tip of xerath q range, with the most range, so that once u have hit it, u are already positioned far from ur enemy

Xerath has always been one of the weakest mid laners. with this durability update, xerath finally has some much needed strength. Unfortunately every single mid laner with mobility will absolutely roll him. As you saw in this video, 10/3/10 xerath couldn’t beat the 1/6/1 Kat. Notice how hard this game was to carry even though he finished 11/4/15. Imagine if an assassin was that fed, the game would be over instantly. Tough life for mage players but that’s why I’m an assassin main!

Pretty sure to get superserver access, you need a challenger account in a regular server. So you have two long grinds in China, not just one.

1. Its not as famous as Korea that some people might not even know it exist. 2. The skill gap in low elo is pretty insane. There's Many small servers in the Chinese server. Some of them are hard to get to diamond+(about master+ in other server) while some of them are super easy to get to diamond+(about gold rank in other server). 3. Streamers play for contents. Title like i lane against faker is a lot more clickbait than i lane against beifeng. 4. There are some people trying to control how the match goes in superserver. People might int on purpose and ruin the game experience. I highly doubt If this one of the reasons as I don't think they put attention to oversea streamers.

First strike is not for gold its the most powerful rune in late Game, 10% damage ! Just a different play style. Comet for early, first strike for late

@@elohimaplop4749 I'm well aware, but that's the point I'm trying to make, early game game lane presence is so much more valuable imo. Also First Strike is more of a burst rune, and there aren't a ton of scenarios you should be in during late game where you're using your full combo .25 seconds into combat on someone, granted it still will happen, but you're typically avoiding those scenarios. Xerath gets a lot more value out of poking the enemy to death with max range Qs. You also only take first strike on champs that can take advantage of it, so the extra gold made is absolutely a factor when deciding to take it or not.

Nah I prefer first strike half my comet hits are walked out of first strike gets me 1-3k gold every game comet is not very consistent people can legit walk out of it

Xerath is pretty nice in the bot lane, definitely a top 15 support. In mid lane that’s where the champ has problems.

How the hell did you get rank 15 EU? I reached Master on him (EUNE), almost Grandmaster and I was 114 (can't remember if server wide or world). I would have expected to be higher ranked at least on my server. Though most Xeraths outranking me were supports
