Imo I think the HJC rpha 11pro has just as much going for it, while having a better fit and finish. It has a carbon, aramid, fiberglass mix shell, ece approved, very light weight, nice liner, 5 year warranty, comes with a clear and smoke shield, pin lock lens, has a very good field of vision, the locking mechanism is hella solid and retails for around $450ish. I’ve had my hands on a ton of helmets and the 11Pro is still one of my favorites.

Husband and me both have R1, one of the best helmets out there. Our friend has AGV Pista...and he said it is a total waste of money in comparison to this one for a fraction of a price. Not to mention Scorpion is much better quality.

Dude I bought a scorpion exo t1200 and had to call customer service to get a piece that unlocks the visor and they just asked for my mailing info and sent the piece for free I love the company and they are in Cali so that’s a plus

None of the RUROC helmets visors seal. Even the Track version. They tried to fix it with an external rubber attachment to the visor but it still doesn't seal . I just got the EXO-R1 EVO and so far I love it.

My own Scorpion Exo 1400 Air Carbon (or ST1400 as it is know over in the States) came with the vent poorly glued onto the top of the helmet. Got a little bit of superglue and I fixed it myself after a year of riding with a corner that was kinda lifting up a bit. For the price I think it's a very good helmet.

I have a round oval head and hearing this fits round heads caught my attention and ordered it on Amazon lol. I don’t have my bike yet but I’m getting my first bike in two weeks and I’m super excited

Had the same issue with the point of pressure but got used to it after a month of using it really love the helmet and will buy it over and over again

- Owned this helmet for about 3 years now as a daily rider on sports and nakeds as well as the ST1400 (same lens as the R1).

I’ve had my EXO Air R1 for a few months and haven’t had any issues with top vent or anything else maybe you just got unlucky with that helmet. Best helmet I’ve ever gotten!

I've owned six scorpion helmets so far. Three of which i am currently using I've never had a single problem with any of them. I personally think they offer the best value for money of any helmet I've tried

I have the covert FX exo and i love it, $270 after taxes if im not mistaken and I do feel like it was worth the price tag.
