My father worked at my nonno’s (grandfather’s) barber shop about 2 blocks away from here. It’s called Lexington Candy shop. He tells me that there was always so much gossip between those booths. He would always order a coke like that. Not because he wanted it, but because he would’ve been kicked out if he didn’t order anything. He is glad to see this old spot be revived through social media.
