Well... It sucks for you all but for what it's worth you've had me in tears several times. The butcher block top can be sanded and then treated with food grade mineral oil to restore the original finish. Please consider donating the clothing to a women’s shelter. Abused clients of these shelters often leave their homes with only the clothes they are wearing. ❤

I always donate to the Magnolia house {women & childrens abuse shelter} and the Bethesda House {Christian Drug Rehab home for women with kids} here in Waycross GA where I leave. The reason being is bc after I found out the CEO of Goodwill makes over $850,000.⁰⁰ +++ per year and how much Goodwill has raised their prices.... I swore I would NEVER DONATE TO THEM EVER AGAIN!!!! Most of those women escape their situation with only the clothes on their backs. These centers here also take household goods to help these women set up a new home for themselves and their kids after they complete these programs. They will have these women wash and clean the donated items and then they set up something called an ANGEL CLOSET for these women to shop in for FREE to help start their lives over. It gives them purpose as well as helping them to prosper in their new start!!! So check to see if y'all have places like this to donate to and help these women to begin a new life for them and their kids!!!

It's good to stay real...so people can really see the work that goes behind storage units, or selling online. There are sweet moments & that's why we do this, but no one sees the behind the scenes hard work into it all the time either. Love you guys❤. To clean the wooden cart, coat it with Barkeeper’s Friend (made into a paste with water) and let it soak in overnight. Clean with a plastic or copper brush. The Barkeeper’s Friend can bleach out lots of stains from wood. I have used to refinish butcher block, cutting boards and wooden table tops. You’ll be amazed at what it can do. Please keep the great videos coming.

I don't know if you're familiar with Wade's Ventures, he specializes in storage units. He once purchased a unit full of empty plastic milk bottles. They were all wrapped in paper and sealed in boxes. Total bust, but fun to watch. Lol.

That pig shaker is an Otegiri. That dresser’s drawers looked like they were all solid wood so even if the dresser top had damage, it can be refinished or painted & will be worth some money. Plus, that corner cabinet might get you some of your money back too.

I have recently bought my first three storage lockers, mostly my wife and I thought it would be fun, and it has been.So far, based on my experience, I believe my wife and I are rare induviduals in that neither of us have ever been in a courtroom outside of Jury Duty in our 50 years. Of the three lockers two have had evidence of the "naughty foliage", grinders, stach boxes, rolling trays and the like in two, and the third had legal paperwork for a man and a woman ranging from license being revoked for unpaid tickets to being tens of thousand behind in child support payments.
