Flaxseed gel for hair is amazing for restoring shine, strength and smoothness on the hair. This is he first time trying it without adding any oils just plan flaxseed gel and I absolutely love it, I am convinced the more your try flaxseed on your hair the more healthy it's gonna make your hair and btw the way I made flaxseed gel for hair is pretty simple, boil 8tbsp of flaxseeds with 2 cups of water for 10 minutes, then strain and apply it after shampoo #viralshort #haircare #hairwash

I stopped using it, just bc it’s a little troublesome and takes time to apply (the application in the video is WAYYY too messy, it’s not hard when u get used to it). My hair is not shiny anymore and it gets frizzy super quick. But just applying it 2-3 times a week and 10-30mins before washing your hair (n covering with shower cap) works perfect.

Again repeat the process for 2 times. 3. SHAMPOO - Mix tea tree or rosemary oil in your shampoo and wash your hair twice with luke warm water. 4. CONDITIONING - Apply conditioner to the lengths of your hair and keep it for 10 minutes. 5. MOISTURIZING - Apply hair serum in wet hair. I prefer using loreal paris extraordinary oil serum. @@chicnbiryani No, if you wash your hair once a week then you should do an oil mask one week and then a flaxseed mask the following week and do it like that. I don’t think you will get any flaxseed benefits if your hair is coated with oil, because it will not penetrate into the hairshaft. If you wash your hair twice a week then I suppose you can do the oil mask on the first wash and the flaxseed mask the second time you wash your hair that week. I guess just don’t apply it both at the same time
