The most fun strat I've ever played in arena is AD cho'gath. I know it's kinda strange but I swear if you get heavy hitter it's over. Bonus point if u get from prismatic items the overlord bloodmail or stackasaurius. The idea is to build full AS with a few on-hit items such as BORK or titanic hidra. It's so fun since you won't ever die as long as u farm your ult and enemies don't expect a cho to literally one shot since your heavy hitter and overlord bloodmail scale with max HP. It goes well with a sustain support such as nami. Keep in mind it's not an on-hit cho'gath even though you build BORK and Titanic. You really build BORK bc of the AS and Titanic for auto reset. It's actually an AD cho'gath not on-hit.

You should try kai sa with master of duality. I had a game where the passive did up to 60% missing health damage.

Could go Twitch with full damage and AP Shen and getting as big of shield on his ult as he can. Then have Twitch go invisible and Shen ult him and then just run up and take out the opponent squishy. Shen's ult shield and him taunting as soon as he comes out should keep Twitch alive long enough.

you know, looking at that karma feels very sus. Idk about you but she never gets hit by anything. Always dodges pixel perfect and is also frame perfect with the dodge timings. There was also a time where ioki shot 2 skillshots just to the side of her and she was standing still making no attempt at dodging at 39:40 idk bro, seems suuuper sus to me. The second I saw some weird movements with her the first round you played against her movement seemed way too scripted to me.

You don't need to worry about selling starter items (or boots), since they sell for the same amount you buy them for in arena. If you need to sell the starter item for wooglet you can just buy it right back with no loss.
