As someone who works in the health field for both physical and mental reasons... We need as many people as humanly possible in this field... We do a lot more then simply deal with people and there emotions... Most of the work doesn't even involve patients. For example. Some of us work all day in a lab and only see other people who are also working in said lab... Others have to properly stock meds and make sure we are not giving bad orders to people, very important and very helpful... The field of helping people is so unbelievably large and in need of helpful people there is a REASON doctors gt paid so much... It's not for shits and giggles... It's because we NEED doctors... We can't afford to be picky...

@@halomika4973 tbh i think a lot of it has to do with the fact i can't afford insurance so i have to go to shitty clinics that don't really do much of anything for you. if you have insurance, cherish it. and don't ever go to cheap clinics. you really do get what you pay for. unfortunately, i have no choice because i can't afford anything else, so it's an endless cycle: i need to get diagnosed and tested to get on disability to have a quality of life, but i can't do that without the help of doctors and the doctors i can afford won't help me.

We hunt down hospitals cause almost everyone says that they might not have the right equipment if the cold becomes a pneumonia and affected the baby tremendously. We got into a hospital that's very expensive but is well known. Pay what must be paid for the survival of the kid, what sucks is when the nurse put the dextrose on him, it took 6 tries. The kids left hand was bruised that they have to go for the right hand. They really put a new nurse to put a dextrose on a child when they are more delicate than adults.
