This is Kevin's Mitsubishi Evo IV! It's been transformed by Infamous Aero's 1 of 1 kit hiding behind it an immense amount of design time, installation hurdles, and forward-thinking elements for long term usability. Under the hood is a 2.4L 4G63 hiding inside a bunch of built goodies waiting for more boost and fuel. Love it.

Did you notice the texture of it too? Jeez you can literally see the orange peel from about 20ft away!! Not a professional paint job. Looks rough as hell. Needs a lot of flatting down. I actually thought it must be a vinyl wrap at first.
