Ugh, I think I'm going to bite the bullet and build this for my small playgroup despite the whole sealed play messing with synergies. I really want to play this and as much as I love my good stuff vintage cube, I really want something that tests my brain. This cube is way too much fun.

I’ll admit that I didn’t expect a KCI combo kill with only one Myr Retriever effect, but you pulled it off anyway! Gotta love Teshar. Also, it’s awesome to see someone else running the full KCI package in their cube! 😃

Hey Caleb, I just finished my last league earlier. Sad to see your cube go -- it was fun to play and exciting to get to easily splash a bunch of powerful cheap cards into my low-to-the-ground white based strategies!

I feel like you misplayed almost the entire R2G1 (game 1 vs elves). True, they have ulvenwald mysteries: but I'd be aggressively pumping ballista and taking down mana producers. perhaps the worst play of that game was casting lodestone golem instead of pumping the walker and taking out two dorks (priest, which you did kill, + probably quirion ranger). you were well positioned to control their mana generation and constrain them that way, until eventually setting up sai + ashnods altar + hangerback walker to generate a good chunk of mana to control the 1/1 tokens they've produced

Something weird was early on it felt like elves was too good and that it was everywhere, and then time passed and they stopped being nearly as common

Caleb, I feel like now that they've let you run your cube on MTGO, your next step should be to convince WOtC let you design a set for paper draft... I'd buy it.

I have no real idea of the ‘cube card list’ outside of the stuff you’ve drafted and I just had a midlife crisis about seeing multiple hallowed fountains. Lol.
