@@stringlarson1247 "that's a big nasty nerve." Yeah, it is! Runs down both legs. Lift something the wrong way and I feel it for weeks/months. Last year, I tweaked it so badly that I couldn't even walk. Went to work, took itty bitty baby steps and had tears in my eyes and wound up leaving for the day. Then I couldn't get my left leg in the car. I sat there for at least half an hour trying to position myself so I could get it in. If anyone knows of a good video, I hope they chime in. I do this exercise and it is an absolutely great exercise for the core and cardio. I use a 10-lb. SPRI medicine ball with handles; and two 24-inch / 60-cm climbing runner slings. I attach the two slings to one of the medicine ball handles and swing for 20-seconds with 10-seconds rest for 8 rounds (4 minutes total). I wear a full-fingered glove for better grip. It's important NOT to use a kettlebell or dumbbell because a bad swing can cause a serious head injury. The rubber medicine ball is less painful if it hits you.

True. I was shoveling snow for two hours the other day and the motions are exactly the same as shown in this video. I could definitely feel my abs working.
