amna omar Yes the laws are important but I think the authorities really need to organize and rally the communities to fight this, all the anti-jim crow laws in the world wouldnt have meant jack all if there wasnt also the civil rights movement and a lot of people who spoke out or acted against the injustice. I think if there was more peer/community dissent it would be much more effect than the police. Like how other students are way more effective in stopping bullying than teachers are just by their disapproval. Ofcourse the law is important too but thats how I see it.

+Ghost Emblem yaa but if you were the bullying student and you knew that if you get caught bullying someone you will be kicked out of school... would do that easily? without considering the consequences ? I think the social action against this is important but the authorities action is important too. in the case of these girls I think it is easy to identify who did it and why he did it. if these bastards knew that they will be put to jail for 10 years, and pay a lot of money too to the girl for treatment I think alot of them will think twice before doing that.
