drove mine for the past few days. so much i had to wash it twice. have the AWE track catback on it now , and she really sings. keeps the same factory sound, its just louder. im pretty sure the burbles scared the shit out of a few people with there windows down. sounds like its shooting flames out the ass. next weekend im going to see what the VMS/NT555R2 drag pack will do. best so far was 8.2 in the 1/8th spinning off the line. i still havent used launch control or my dragy.

Damn thats sick man! I've been thinking about the awe going back and fourth between that and the corsa! All stock now and still sounds amazing. Put your back seats down and it really intensifies sound on inside cabin

Let the idea of what happens to POV mounted go-pro during deployed air-bags sink in... Double-yellow overtakes+blind corners increase that scenario by a lot. Drive safe!

No blind corners only do it when I can see well enough ahead maybe hard to tell in video. But yes still dangerous I agree going to tone it down alot for sure on this road there are other roads to do such things more safely

The American West is among the best places on earth, rugged beauty. Guardrails are for sissys, kinda scary navigating at night without the proper vehicle. That was some serious driving. A great car, especially for the money. I feel there is also fun to be had with the 10 speed auto, not sure if the Tremec has the annoying skip shift feature that plagued the Borg Warner T56 back in the day. However it could be bypassed by revving it extra high.

Manual only way to go 10 speed is fun too just not as fun. And yes skip shift is annoying for sure but not when you pedal to the metal! Yes def bang for the buck one of the best cars

Why does it look like your turning the wheel so far?..my 1le steering wheel doesnt require that much movement..maybe the video really doesnt show how sharp the curve really is!

@@thess1lechannel its fun to hit the paddles 9 times!! Lol..i was torn on which trans to get..i test drove a ss with 6 speed and then one of my best friends bought his son a 2019 ss with the a10..i drove it and was really impressed with the way it shifted and popped on the downshifts..then they came out with the a10 1le in 2021 so i figured if im gonna get one i better get it now! Thought i might regret not getting the manual but i didnt, its faster, gets better fuel milage (25.4mpg) and i can sip on my coffee on the way to work without having to do anything other than just drive. I took the track tires off at 800 miles and put continental extreme contact all seasons on it, rides so much better!! Plus they last a long time! Ive put 26k miles on them so far but the rears are about ready to be changed, the fronts are still good. Wish i had rodes like that to drive on! I live down south and we do not have alot of curvy roads like that..plus the ones we do have , you have to be careful of the deer!! They are everywhere!! Great video!!

Unfortunately it's all solid out there so doesn't leave much option when not wanting to get stuck behind cars going 2 miles an hour for 40 miles

I have to agree. Could be a family with kids coming down the opposite lane. Even some legal passing zones are very risky. Don't want to be a buzz kill, but I would rather not condone to killing innocent people. Be safe out there. 💙✌️
