Actually it,s not helpfull if it hits face and thus that (probably) wont happen🤓 Hits 1/1 murloc instead

@@Mr_bean_is_santa_clausSo a spell heavy deck with old school yogg and some elementals for tempo. Yeah this seams tier 1. That spell only mage is bad. Spot the difference? Why pay 4mana for 2 3drops? So maybe 6 minions 2 cosmic keyboard and the rest spells. That's a better idea than spell only mage what's the wincon?

Going off the card on the official card library, looks like it can cast Arcane intellect Frostbolt Counterspell Blizzard Polymorph Mirror immage Ice barrier Fireball And arcane missles. Pretty decent library id say.

helpful is a new and interesting word to be found on cards, kinda interesting to see whether all the 'helpful' outcomes are really helpful e.g. if you're in fatique

Puzzlemaster looks like it's gonna get the nerfbat week 2. Even if it casts freaking frostbolts at enemies, it's still one of the most broken cards ever.Holidea a HIGHLANDER card with arguebly worse weapon(slower) got nerfed and it's STILL good.

Even if it is Zephrys smart, it is too OP. I mean , no prerequisites, happens 6 times, and you don't need to spend mana for the spell. I therefore believe that there will be a pool of spells that inherently only affect either you or your opponent and they will be chosen randomly.

Weapon removal is a thing. There's been plenty of "broken" weapons in the past that were kept in check by weapon removal.

Even if it goes off just once it is good (assuming it is smart and not random) and of course even with weapon removal in the meta, you will get an average of more than two times @@lilpeanutish

As fun as he seems my issue will be…how much do I trust him? Like how willing am I to trust this AI to make this choice for me when I could just play the cards myself. If this was a beginning of turn effect I’d almost like it more because then it would do its thing and I can clean up anything else. That comes with a whole different slew of issues but I think my point is made regardless

This is exactly what I was going to say, the card is infinitely better if it was start of turn. Let's say the opponents board is threatening lethal next turn with a bunch of 2 health minions. I have my own blizzard in hand and a really nice 7 cost minion I want to develop. Well, I can do the safe play and blizzard myself but of course if the ball was going to do that anyway I would have been MUCH better off developing my minion. However if I choose to develop the minion instead and the ball decides it's going to cast arcane intellect.. now I'm dead.

This feels like the kind of card that is either busted or terrible. It's either going to be consistent enough to give you exactly what you want every turn, or if it's not, it's unreliable and bad. Find it unlikely that this is just going to be 'good' because one spell per turn is not a dense enough of a payoff to be treated like a puzzle box or something.

Given how unreliable his "helpful" spells were in duels and dungeon runs, I wouldn't get my hopes up too much that the wisdomball will follow any sort of logic with the spells it picks. It's probably more likely a bunch of generally good spells, and you just drop it as a value bomb; not as an answer to a board state.
