Bucket-style seat is an automatic no-go for me. It's why I stopped using my Omega. The sides press uncomfortably into my thighs and become sore over time. Also, I tend to like to spread my legs out a bit, and move them around, during long gaming sessions, and those raised edges restrict too much and if I want to rest my legs farther apart, I often found myself needing to raise them and lay directly on the raised edges, which became quite annoying and uncomfortable rather quickly. Ultimately, I went with BTOD's remanufactured Steelcase Leap V2 and it is literally the best chair I've ever sat in. I've only had it for a few weeks now but so far I'm impressed.

cant wait for the full review. the design is very bold and quite large. the seat seems not going to be comfortable for long hour though as any bucket seat usually is

I literally saw this on a recommended short a few days ago, lol. Personally, I'd just get the Embody, because the back is actually very flexible and well made. This chair certainly looks menacing, but there's no way I'd ever buy it and risk permanent back issues.

We are based in WI and it is cold outside! If you're in the midwest you know for sure. But in the room it can range from 65-58 degrees -Greg

I owned a King Series DX Racer chair for several years, then eventually got a SecretLab Titan Evo 2020. Never again will I waste money on "gaming chairs." The DX Racer was fine considering I transitioned off cheap office chairs into that one, but the Titan Evo destroyed my back.

Sad to say, but ya lost me when mentioning how hard the seat was in comparing it to the Secret Lab. I have the Titan and have had to use a seat cushion which then creates its own set of problems. Some day if I have the money I'm gonna have to buy a Herman Miller... some day...

just took delivery of an aeron fully loaded. I used a titan for the last 5 years. World of difference. Absolutely recommend.

@tomas8742 I personally wouldn't recommend Autonomous, especially after knowing ppl who have had a terrible experience with their products and the company itself. But you're spot on about finding office chairs within your budget, as it's always a better purchase than a typical gaming chair.

maybe the browser extension you're using to view dislikes is fake? What are the changes at least 20 people of the 1k viewers this video has so far have watched the video before you with the EXACT same browser extension to 'return dislikes to youtube' ? youtube now hides dislikes and probvably only btodtv can see them and most people don't bother to dislike. Actually if you don't want youtube to recommend you something its better to jump off the video with no interaction, even if you dislike the video the youtube algorythm will push suggestions based on it as if you liked it
