Use the Bradshaw balls drill most of the time when I’m practicing my putting. Practice the one arm bandit too from time to time. Over the last 12-18 months has become one of the strongest parts of my game. Love these drills, more please . 👍🏌️

I bought a Scotty Cameron which replaced my set's stock putter (a hunk o junk) two years ago in 2019. I held them both in one hand and basically, with a stiff arm, did a pendulum swing with each club. My Scotty was CLEARLY a better balanced piece (it better be for the money by default) but you could vividly FEEL it. I have no clue why my thick skull didn't think to do that on the putting green with practice shots until right now after this vid. The 'movement of 1' is so key to the way I putt and I had never realized it. I just always thought of it as a pendulum. smooth fluid movement that is consistent. Glad to know I was at least near the right path on that way of thinking. GREAT video Pete. Between you and Rick I might just end up not sucking horribly someday lol.

Struggled for years with pace until I started looking at the hole for putts over about 8 feet. Then sometimes would not hit the center of putter. Bought a Cleveland Cero (SOFT). This putter is designed so putts anywhere on the face go the same distance. Game changer.

Hey Pete, fantastic series and love your stuff overall. I’ve only been playing for the last 20 months or so and have been obsessed with your content along my very rapid learning journey. (As the saying goes, beware the injured golfer… more specifically my addition is beware the late adopter, middle age golfer) No question PACE is the winner every time… you don’t put to a dustbin lid for line - get inside the dustbin lid on pace and you have won half the battle. Recently a fellow member at my club gave me a variation of the Bradshaw drill in this video that has really helped me (interestingly it introduces the finishing position mentioned in your earlier video in this series).. The variation I was introduced to is simply to take two balls, place them at a comfortable distance from one another (maybe a foot) and using your dominant hand ‘push’ ball A to connect with ball B. One handed. As you improve the distance increases and you continue until you are tired of the drill. This has given me a number of elements outlined in this series and I think it is game changing! Ps. Ready for a viewer challenge of any description (1 club, 3 club, 2nd hand bag) whenever you are able to head down under…

Line or Pace. The Bradshaws balls drill is a revelation for me. I’ll definitely be using that before rounds and practice rather than putting a fist full of golf balls at a hole. This will be unbelievable for concentration. Loving the videos Pete & Carl

Good video 👍 The last half of this summer I really worked on my putting mechanics and focused on pace in order to avoid 3 putts. However cozying the ball up to the hole is not as easy as one may think it is. Would love to see a video on how to read complex greens and how to approach finding the line based one's pace of course. Key word being complex.

Briefly touched on my initial thoughts, pace is more important because if you miss it'll just be a nice tap in whereas if you are 5 ft short/long that's still a pressure put

Pace is key, I play with feel for pace, but practice line from 6 ft. I feel the pace during my initial practice putt, then trust my 'practiced contact for straight line' matches with my pace. Fingers crossed. Great tips for putting, thanks for the video Pete!

Depends on how close the ball is to the hole, and speed of green. Recently played "prairie dunes" in Kansas. The air was dry, the wind was 20mph, and the greens were perilous and rolled like a pool table. Pace was everything as I struggled with the speed that affected the line.

Line or pace! I will say that any of my mates I golf with, I always say I am more worried about getting the pace right more than the line. I assume that most of the time, I can read a putt close enough that if my speed is close, I have no fear of worse than a two putt.

Line or Pace Whether KZfaq or TV, I've seen a lot of focus being placed on how much MORE important pace is than line. Been doing that "Bradshaw" drill for years, but only because in the morning before the first groups go off, there are 20 people on the practice green and only 5 or 6 practice holes!

Line or Pace.... Pace every time ...never up never in Ooops… I always practice pace before a round I have three paces I check all based around putter head taken back to inside, level with and outside my right foot... do this in both directions. I then go to the course knowing I have synced my stroke with the course on that day..

Line or Pace.. Great video Pete... I'm leaning toward Pace purely because a correct line but at the wrong pace can leave you with a long and tough Par/ two putt whereas a bad line or offline shot with good pace for the distance should leave you with a good lag or par opportunity imho?
