Follow-up: that’s amazing. -My gut is that Martin told us in case 1 what’s going down. “Some of him.” The “voice I have loved for years.” The unholy flesh(?) golem. -We know that alchemy will feature. Even more than creating gold, alchemy was interested in creating artificial life. -Particularly given the history that Agnes both did and didn’t meet Gertrude, I find that angle intriguing. Given the themes of AI that have appeared, I’m deeply interested in how the ethics of a ghost in the machine twist when the ghost is three ghosts, two of whom are parts of people I love and the third is a monster who hurt them.

I really love how well you explain things, I have trouble retaining details cuz i’m usually just vibing when i listen, so it’s appreciated lol. idk if you’re looking for video ideas but having you summarize TMA would be really fun to watch hehe

Oooh Gertrude getting Agnes to help destroy the institute is interesting. I was honestly starting to think Gertrude was actually part of whatever Starkwall was and maybe that's why she became so protective of Gerry. Its all verrrrry interesting for sure 👀👀

I like that you mentioned the older TMA Q&A's! I think the theory of Agnes Montague making an appearance in TMAGP is pretty strong, especially considering some of the other things mentioned in past TMA Q&A's (Jonny/Alex being interested in doing an ARG, wanting to use Gerry in more episodes, wanting to play more with statement formats, etc. and etc.) have started to come true in TMAGP :)

Ok one important note I see people missing. In Tale Of A Field Hospital the statement giver talks about being a fan of the Magnus Institute, he talks about not being able to actually get into the place to check it out himself, but "when all those statements leaked back in '99" he read them all. I don't think it's simply coincidence that this happened in tma in the same year the institute was destroyed in tmp

Great video! I personally believe that - A) The Fear Entities are still present in TMP, but may have merged slightly in the crossover. B) The O.I.A.R. utilizes Bonzo & Starkwall in different ways to eliminate manifestations of the Fear Entities - Bonzo is released to as a targeted hitman to kill the TMP equivalent of Avatars, and Starkwall is used to contain events similar to MAG 37: Taken Ill. If Bonzo went a bit OTT Starkwall could come in and cover it up. C) The Magnus Institute was an arm of the O.I.A.R. that went rogue (or fell under the influence of a Fear Entity / Entities) C) "Gwendolyn = a Bouchard = evil" is a red herring and deliberate misdirect from Johnny Sims. Gwen might be evil but I highly doubt she's THE main antagonist. If we'd been introduced to her just as Gwen/Gwendolyn and later down the line she'd been revealed to be Gwendolyn Bouchard then it'd be a bit more of a certainty but since it's been out in the open I doubt she'll be the main villain. D) Less seriously (and more humorously) Agnes is certainly in this universe and is Gerry's elder sister / Gertrude's granddaughter. E) Gertrude worked for either the Magnus Archives of the O.I.A.R. and burnt down the Institute to save Agnes from [INSERT ENTITY/IES HERE] F) Celia can travel between the TMA/TMP realities somehow (through Hilltop Road?) and does indeed recognise Jon/Martin's voices. G) The San Pedro Massacre that Starkwall supposedly perpetrated was to stop a manifestation of a Fear Entity. H) Sam or Alice are going to be the main villains. Either way one of them isn't going to reach the halfway point or finale of the series.

It should be noted that the Magnus Institute of the Magnus Protocol is the Magnus Institute, Manchester, not the Magnus Institute, London

Amazing vid! also in tma there also was a fire in the institute in 99, when some statements got leaked! so maybe the setting emma on fire DID happen in the institute in both universes, but jonah somehow stopped it in tma but not in tmagp?

I havent seen the video yet but i have so many little theories tehehehe. I think red canary got turned into this universe's jonah, because like, their eyes got pulled out right? And jonah transmits his consciousness thru his eyes, and that would explain how whatever creature pulled out their eyes was able to access their phone, as he retains some of the memories of his host body, like reinar and the distortion.

If I'm remembering correctly, Gertrude was blind when she died because she severed her connection to the Eye. . Do you think she'll be revealed to be blind in Protocol?
