Looks delicious...my favorite chicken marinade comes from my Guam friends. It's simply equal parts of vinegar and soy sauce with sliced onions black pepper, lemon pepper. You can add garlic if desired and some add brown sugar, although I typically do not. This is my favorite for any meat...hope you'll give it a try.

That chicken picata looks yummy! I love lemon. Hint:,don’t throw the small little yellow parts on the inside of celery away. They are the most tender and delish. I learned that from a celery farmer. You’re a chef, that’s why you were scraping your utensils together. Lol. Bandit wants his bite Mama.

That looks delish! If you want to take the bitterness out of a cucumber, cut about an inch off the stem end and rub it against the cut part of the cucumber. A lot of folks don't know this trick. Maybe you already did?

@@FrugalRVGal the bitter stuff will sort of bubble around the edge. If it doesn't, the cucumber is probably not bitter.

Ive found i love cukes making long thin strips ( using a peeler ) makes them so good !!. Put them on anything i can espply sandwiches 👍

I currently do not have refrigeration in my camper van. I need condiments that do not have to be refrigerated after opening. Can you suggest some? Thanks for this appetizing video!

I have been trying to think of some condiments that don't need refrigeration. I can only suggest to check the labels because I refrigerate everything. I just never want to take a chance. I know of people that leave hot sauces out and ketchup, mustard and the like. But, I don't.
