They should’ve just restarted the round entirely on the first game tbh. That’s just unfair towards the BTO team. The novelist player was CLEARLY lagging (in an official tournament btw) and they had to suck it up and continue playing. How was that even allowed? Competitive game my ass

I watched the entire vid and dawg, it’s not even like their survivor players r just bad and they would’ve lost anyway. NO they played well in all rounds and truly tried their best, but this one (1) time their novelist lagged in round 1 led to them losing the entire tournament. Again, this shouldn’t be allowed in a competitive game and it’s a *TOURNAMENT*

they are allowed to restart a match if it hasn’t gone over a minute. idk why they couldn’t restart when novelist was lagging before it reached the minute mark.

For those who don’t know or are confused, the qualifiers separates Mainland China from Hong Kong + Taiwan + MO (Macau), ie territories that are not in mainland China but places where the populations are culturally Chinese. Just saying cause I’ve heard Zeez say ‘Chinese, Hong Kong and etc… division’ in his intros and he sounds a bit confused 😂

I feel bad 😭 its rare to see mad eyes in tournament but the survivors were lagging :( the game felt so unfair now

Yeah, if I was the Mad Eyes, I would've paused for them after the first hit :( The fact that you can see him go for a second swing before the pause happens is just... a bit despicable... Everyone would've been on his side to win if he paused for them, but now I'm rooting more for the survivors. And I'm a Mad Eyes main. I know how damn difficult he is to play, but this... just doesn't feel right.

@@minersheep8285 I hate to say this but they're there to win, not to give survivors an extra chance. It may not be the fault of the survivors or the hunter, it's the fault of Netease and their poor servers.

@@minersheep8285 now if you truly play Hunter think back...how many times did survivors behave cordially and with human decency when they noticed you were lagging? Best I had was emote taunt and stun dance when I was at 600+ ms. I don't feel bad whatsoever. Stationary cockroaches must be crushed all the same after all.

This isn't the first time someone's lagged and Netease have said sucks to suck. Back in coa 3 one of the survivors was lagging, and they paused the game AFTER the hit. They shrugged and said "if you were lagging you shouldve paused before you got hit." It caused the team (Gh! Who are playing again this year :3) playing hunter to get kinda hated on

Dream is the best mad eyes player from cn server, ive learnt how to play by watching and listening to him teaching General poon how to play in his "cn 1st (insert hunter name) teaches me how to play" series. This isn't his first time using mad in tourneys

i believe the first night watch chased patient instead of guarding chair because he only needed a tie and didnt want to risk them getting a 3 escape because forward was full health waiting out detention and merc has delayed damage. He was just playing it safe

@@KiciKici4148 in basement you will usually find a big cage (basement cube); it seems silly but if you run around it you might be able to kite the hunter for some seconds

Ann’s cats having such a short cooldown is balanced bc she has such horrible map control. She generally needs to down someone within 3 cats to have a chance at winning (at least in high tier), so if they increased it any more it would completely kill her

Yeah no you can’t compare a free lag down with another match where the hunter had to actually down someone, no hate towards the mad eyes but that wasn’t fair game, he’s probably good at mad eyes, but no that really can’t be compared…

If mad eyes waited then the survivors are still decoding and novelist is still technically buying time for them. In order for it to be fair EVERYONE would have to stop moving AT THE SAME TIME. We can’t ask Mad Eyes to wait when that would be throwing and allowing unearned cipher rush. I get that it’s unfair but Mad Eyes couldn’t make it More Fair by waiting, instead it would just be unfair to the mad eyes and his team.

The first night watch match had so many mistakes but definitely the worst of them was the MERC GATE WAITING like why would u do that if u r half health and against a NW??!!??! I know he had an elbow pad I think but still, he has such a fast attack. Thankfully they still got the tie bc night watch didn't camp, Which was a mistake too but still

That's not merc's coa skin lmaoo😫 you can get that skin he was wearing in shop it's been there since the start of the game although I have mistaken it for his coa skin before I think a lot of his skins look similar tbh his coa skin from the essences is cute he has goggles and his shop coa skin is coming back in a few months its so nice I want it so badly😞

Mad eyes players are insane, idk how they do it this fast, let alone even see aim that fast! I need 30 seconds just to be like "OKAY I AM HERE. facing this direction. i am here on the console map. so the console I want to go to is... this one!!" (proceeds to pick the wrong one, probably) Merc throwing ;-; I think if the Night Watch chaired further away from gate, he would have had more safety to chair guard. As someone else said, he was risking a 2 escape into patient dungeon if he camped (forward could have an elbow pad, or a pocket watch, etc.) - but I feel like if he just chaired further away he might have been safer to chair guard? ~34:00 that first kite was kinda funny. the failed sandwich into early hit, into cancelled whistle, into running into the follower, into DW main body being stuck outside factory and having to bring the main follower to break the pallet first dhsjds- Meanwhile Ivy's Yithian: "I do not care about obstacles" 34:30 that is Spring Hand, not the COA 2 skin, sadly ^^ 34:50 "the cowboy is gonna- .... huh...." SHJAS- depression. It's rly funny seeing hunters counter cowboy bc whenever I do that he still gets the lasso while missing 10m visually (why is lassoing the hunter so generous but balloon lassoing nopes out when you're just 1mm off HDSJA) T^T I am taking notes 📑📑 37:40 there is... NO WAY. Holy- B A S E M E N T C U B E nooo unfortunate. cube denied :( 43:20 owl on first hit does avoid Panic decoding debuff though, but yeah, it's always tough to min-max owl efficiency.... 43:50 I think she was trying to counter the jump a bit - so that the Ann would jump waaay past her, which could potentially allow her to avoid the hit. 1:01:30 I feel like historically the answer to Ann's pretty short cooldown would be because Ann used to not be able to cancel her cats so they would always be around for the full duration - so if you messed it up, you couldn't do anything. maybe this also puts into perspective why cross is her 2nd ability haha. 1:03:30 AHH the Ann should have committed earlier..... crying... Tie hunters: exist Zeez: BEGONE I get it though bc ties are meta atp. Which is, quite unfortunate, but I won't recite this whole spiel again fshsj-
