▪ Mass:
250g of wheat flour
200g corn starch (cornstarch)
2 eggs
100g caster sugar (DO NOT USE CRYSTAL SUGAR)
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
200g salted butter
Chocolate chips or chocolate sprinkles (OPTIONAL)
Bake on parchment paper.

▪ To flavor the cookies you can use crushed oilseeds, various essences, flavoring pastes of the flavor of your choice, cinnamon, dip in chocolate, etc.
▪ I used 18g of filling in each cookie.
▪ I used a 5cm round cutter to cut. To open the dough and mark I used the Biscuit Marker and Stamps.
▪ For packaging, I used Cromus' 20cm cellophane.
