@RepentandbelieveinJesusChrist. you ever heard the term bumble thumping? You’re doing it! One comment is enough, I’m a Christian I believe in spreading the word as well. However when you span scripture all over the place with no other interaction or substance then it’s just watered down at that point!

I’m in the Chris fan club as well. He seems super smart and like he’d be fun to work with. I wish I were a few states closer, I would totally volunteer to be Doug’s camera man. That way he could enjoy his bologna sandwiches, still feel productive, and I’d get all the great stories!

Dougo was talking about massaging dirt chunks brought back memories from helping my dad long ago, for breaking up the spring chunks in Kentucky he would always drag a couple of railroad ties spaced a foot or so apart behind the disk and the chunks would roll themselves into infinity between those two ties. I was always surprised how well it worked on the clay soils of Kentucky.

it would burn more efficiently if you burn against the wind it moves slower and is easier too control it will burn deeper instead of just skipping along the top. with the wind it tends too just burn the top like a forest fire crowning

Leaf blower is far more efficient fire suppressor than those little sprayers. Our fire department has 3 gas powered blowers and you’d be amazed at the size of a grass fire you can contain with them

If you use a leaf blower to blow the flames back to where it has burned it will put the fire out faster then water. You can control you burn better

I save parts to Dougo, and some I've had 30 plus year's, but they come in handy. When i have to get rid of a piece of equipment, i save all the wires and connectors, and that has saved me some headaches, and i keep all the nuts and bolts, plus any good metal i might need for patching, or fabricating. Chet, you looked like you were having to much fun torching the beaver stash, made me think of my grandpa burning off a field when i was a kid, but his fire got out of control when the wind kicked up. My grandma was not happy that he burnt the neighbor's field, and then got a fine. Sometimes the wind can fuel the fire to much. Grandpa was a lot more cautious the next time he did some burning, and never created such a big fire. G-d bless.
