Portugal almost did this in Euro 2016. They had 3 draws in the group stage then they won after extra time against Croatia. They won after penalties against Poland. Then they won their only game after 90 minutes against Wales before beating France 1-0 after extra time in the final

Bro extra time counts as a win didn’t you bear what he said…? He said “It still counts as a draw because AFTER 120 minutes it was 0-0” so extra time is still a win only penalties count as a “draw”

Michael Talks Football channel had even covered this thing beforehand. Also, don't rule out Portugal in Euro 2016. It's the closest time underdogs achieved this rare feat. They even won the whole thing after only grabbed a single win in 90 minutes (a 2-0 victory over Wales in the semifinal).
