Mike's life has been one steaming hot mess, but there has never been another fighter on his level. Even The Greatest couldn't match the level of fear that man instilled in his opponents. And with very good reason.

I really think Mike in his prime was the absolute best! The speed, the agility, and the head movement, all combined, resulted in the incredible power he was able to apply perfectly! No Heavyweight in history has ever moved like Mike! What a great Champ...

Pure legend, unique in every aspect, a proper fighter inside and outside of the ring! Love and respect to Mike for allowing me to witness this true historical fighter, his fights and his story will never grow old, he's a champion and will generate champions for years to come! "Rocky" the movie was out around this period and i can confidently say, Mike Tyson is on par with the legendary Rocky Marciano!...big love ❤️

.....I disagree with your submissions! Absolutely not so. Tyson actually lost that fight because Mitch Green fought him all the way. Mitch had a good chin and could absorbed all the bombs being thrown at him. Remember, Mitch Green has a good knockout record too and punches devastatingly in every round. As such be fair and don't get being hyped by the media about Mike Tyson. A courageous fighter can always defeat Mike Tyson at his peaks.

To be fair, the outcome of that fight should have been a draw, or victory for Mitch Green. The fight went the distance and Green hit Tyson in all the rounds. Tyson's punches were unclean and he mostly hit after the bell. Looking at the fight overall it was not a unanimous decision at all. Tyson was holding a lot as he did against Evander Holyfield of which Holyfield exposed Tyson and rendered him useless that night. Such frustration led to Tyson biting off Holyfield's ears, a stupid and crazy act to do as a pro. Even Bone Crusher Smith gave Tyson a turbulent fight that went the distance, although that was also a close fight. Sentiment often played a key part in giving Tyson victory because of his hardman imagery. The truth is against a dangerous opponents Tyson fight dirty because he could NOT get a knock out, and as such, he often loses the plot on how to get the best out of such challenging opponents. In a nutshell media hype contributed a lot to Mike Tyson reign. I have watched almost all Mike Tyson fights closely before arriving at this conclusion. Afterall Buster Douglas, Leonard Lewis and Holyfield knocked Tyson out cold including another British boxer on an American soil. The point, Mike Tyson was very beatable and surely he wasn't such an iron man as portraited by the media.

Final line of the narrative: "This shows that even the toughest fighters can change for the better & admit their mistakes" This would only be true if reed hadve apologized for assaulting mike at the men's store, & dropped his grudge. Sure, mike regretted that fight happened, but that doesnt change the fact that he did nothing wrong. Plus his regret, in & of itself, is no admission of guilt. But even if mike _FELT_ guilty about it, that doesnt change the aforementioned fact! _NEVER_ be ashamed of defending yourself against an attacker I dont even like boxing. Like football, I think its a a sport that feeds an unnatural thirst for blood & for violence in ppl. But my adverse opinion doesnt change the fact that mike demonstrates humility & fairness in his life. If that werent true, I wouldnt've come here tonight. 5-28-24
