Moon breathing can counter with Displacer pick. That way he can apply pressure and avoid the bomb setup'

This Realkillah dud possesses secret knowledge of optionselect between 1112 on block and 111~ice bolt on hit, it looks almost like cheating lol. EDIT: I think of doing 111, and immidiately back forward, with pressing either 1 or 2 on reaction. Dunno if thats the way he does it.
