On this kayak catfishing trip, I returned to a deep hole where I had caught some big blue and flathead catfish the previous day. It was another awesome fishing trip. I caught some huge cats.

I have watched a lot of fishing videos from different channels. Each one is different and good. But I gotta say, I have not seen one EVER that comes close to this one here. Never saw so many HUGE cats! And Justin does a great job keeping us entertained, rebaiting when he can, and providing helpful, educational commentary, too. This of’ boy knows what he’s doing.

Agree 100%. How well Justin is able to manage 4 poles on a Kayak is insane. I would have a little trouble doing this in my 16ft Lund fishing boat.

had to go out fishing tonight after watching your vids, I don't own a kayak but after watching you grab these hogs I had to get my line in the water. Caught 2 ~10lb flatheads and about a ~11lb channel cat out of the little miami in Carlisle/franklin ohio, wish I had some shad or bluegill but chicken livers did the trick.

I’ve never done this kind of cat fishing and have a few questions. I have a bass hound 10.2 plastic/fiberglass boat equipped with a 4hp Johnson and a trolling motor, 28lb thrust I believe, after a couple of modifications for some rod holders, do you believe that I have a decent starter to do the style of cat fishing that you do? What king of fish finder do you use? I love your videos and I get extremely excited when you’re catching those monsters.

Yes. Thats a great start.. anything that floats and is stable you can catfish from. Used to have an old fishing tube that had a net you sat in and used fins or flippers like you use for scuba diving to get around. Makes for one heck of a good time when you snag a big cat. Wish I still had that thing..
