Hi!! Baker here! When you do this types of cake you should bake the cake first if the box says 25 minutes give the cake 20 minutes that is not fully cooked but it’s almost done then you add the chocolate bars and when it melts not completed you add marsh marshmallows . Why the cake can’t be fully cooked cause doing all of this step you are gonna ende with a hard cake or burned cake. The chocolate can’t be melted fully cause it’s gonna burned so meanwhile the marshmallow is golden the chocolate is finishing melting. That’s how i do it and it’s super delicious! 🙌🏻♥️

next time dont put the marsmellos on till the cake is near done use brocken choc in the brownies or drops cook all then last 10 -15 min put marsmelos on :) and good idea the paper but spray as well and on sides :) but this was fun to see you all having a great time :)

my suggestion for next time would be to cook the brownie mix in the graham cracker and then add the hersheys chocolate and the marshmallows.

Girls! Graham cracker crust, bake, add brownie mix and bake minus 8min, add chocolate and marshmallow. Broil for about 3-5min (keep an eye on it)

Layer gc crumbs, add chips to brownie mix, pour over crumbs, BAKE THE BROWNIES until done, remove from oven, while hot, add a layer of chips if not included in brownie mix, then top with marshmallows, return to hot oven to melt marshmallows, (a very few minutes), then under the broiler for about a minute to brown the marshmallows. Do not cut until cooled to room temp. Hope that helps all of you budding chefs! This was a really fun and giggly video. Great to see Cynthia!

I’ve never heard of this or even seen this! One thing I would try is bake the brownies first so you know they’re done. Then fill a pie pan or cake pan with graham crackers, bake the graham cracker crust about 5 minutes. I would then smash the (done) brownies on top of the graham cracker crust, then layer your chocolate and then marshmallows.

Tip: maybe bake the brownies first without the marshmallows and chocolate. Then add the chocolate (broken bits) and marshmallows and bake for a few more minutes until it gets toasty on top. Or use a blow torch.

I think you should’ve let the brownie mix cook and then halfway through add the marshmallows

Maybe cook the brownies with the graham cracker crust most of the way like 3/4 of the way or even all the way and then add the chocolate and marshmallow for just like 5 minutes at the end because it's impossible to tell if the brownie is cooked threw all the melted marshmallow and the chocolate probably just sunk to the bottom

I’ve been watching a few minutes here and there with my granddaughter (she loves your family/vlogs) and I just had to comment. I honestly don’t know if any or which kiddos are biologically yours. And that means something. I’ve watched a few channels though out the years and I can’t say that about them. (No disrespect intended to them but that’s just how I feel) To see all of these kids be so relaxed and at home (I don’t know how else to word it) is wonderful. You can see they are comfortable. The older girls seem so patient with the younger kids. Y’all are amazing parents. It’s so nice to see such happy kids. :)

update on this video, what did you do with the pan ? you needed to bake in layers bake gram first then bake brownies then add chocolate and melt marshmallow . know when to use a spring form pan ,the first black pañ you had out with paper down . then when all finished that pan would release the sides and you could of cut like a pie.

The chocolate goes on the crust first, then brownie mix. Bake according to brownie mix. Add marshmallows on top then put under broiler until marshmallows are golden brown.

U should've baked the brownie mix first and then added the marshmallows cuz they just got toasted on top and thats why the brownie didn't bake

You should try this again BUT first bake the brownie mix with the cracker crust until the brownie part is cooked. Remember that brownies and all baked treats continue too cook after you remove them from the oven. However, brownies don't bake as dry like a cake, and it just settles down. mix half the chocolates into the brownie mix or just sink it down/half way. Once you bake those two, add more chocolate and the marshmallows on top. Bake for a few minutes until the chocolate and marshmallows are a bit melted/golden. Then, BROIL (direct heat on top) for maybe 2-3 minutes to further melt and roast the marshmallow topping. Remove from oven and let cool on a cooling rack. DO NOT put it in the freezer to cool down!! It will freeze the whole thing, then it will melt and be watery and runny. What you normally do is you let cool down on a cooling rack/stove top, then once it has reached room temperature you put it In the refrigerator (not the Freezer) to finish cooling off. Or you can let it cool down on the counter, but that would take several hours. Have fun and try again. After all, baking is about science and measurements. :)

Try making s’mores with proper chocolate. Cadburys dairy milk or any British chocolate works better. Digestive biscuits are our version of Graham crackers(or as it should be pronounced Gram crackers).

Like some people here suggested, bake the brownies with the Graham crackers, then add the chocolate and marshmallows… try it again…

5:52 That powered taste is corn starch. If you have a candy thermometer I highly recommend you making your own homemade marshmallows!! Dust them with straight powdered sugar and it will not dry your mouth out like the cornstarch on store bought marshmallows!! I highly recommend Alton Brown's recipe! It doesn't contain egg whites and they last longer on the countertop in hot and humid climates, I started making marshmallows while living in Florida . If I was closer I would love to give y'all some baking and candy making classes! LOL, Love the sister baking vlog! Next time bake the brownies according to the directions on the box and add the marshmallows about 5 minutes before the brownies are done. If you want amazing brownies look up a brownie recipe from scratch. Using a box your "semi-homemade" but you can easily swap the oil for melted butter and add an extra egg, I believe. Also chocolate chips contain wax so they keep their shape at high temperatures, the chocolate bars you used don't contain wax so it and the marshmallows prevented the brownies from baking. I've been making homemade marshmallows from scratch for years!

another way and probably better way of doing this recipe is if you bake the brownies like regular brownies then add the extra chocolate, graham crackers and marshmallows as the brownie topping. And you can also sink small marshmallows and chocolate/nutella/peanut butter into the brownie mix.
