My bottom roller on the left facing the garage door is very tight and not able to mot. Due to this problem, I am not able to operate the garage door. How to loosen it?

This is the best video I’ve watched, even though the camera IS bad, the content is extremely helpful pertaining to this problem with the garage door. I unwounded one side of my garage door while replacing the rollers. This is exactly what happened with one side sagging and the wheel popped out on the other. Followed the instruction from this video and I was able to fix the issue. I thought I was going to have to pay for someone to come fix my door. Thank goodness I found this video.

This isn't THE easiest job ive watched you do, with the shelving in the way, other stuff in the way, but to me it looks pretty easy. I'd like to see you do the really tough jobs also. What about rotten or severely damaged framing? What about tons more over packed garages that the homeowner hasn't been able to park the car in the garage for years? You always show the easy peasy jobs...😐 Im an old telephone man and i know there are DIFFICULT jobs out there. Not every job is easy peasy 😅 Do you just say you'll be back once you have reasonable access and whatnot?

Just got it serviced, charged me $300 Cable busted on one side Door was uneven The side rail was bent Have no idea how. I just had the door halfway closed for a couple of hours, it was on manual because my door opener is broken. I tried hammering the rail so the wheels go down but it wasnt working. It was an emergency this happened at 9:00pm Was $300 too much? I feel i got jipped!
