Then bite the ego bullet. And get a lesson. Having a professional look at you, having instant video feedback, I saw within 5 minutes of starting the actual lesson, where my slice comes from. And now what to do to fix it. One. Lesson.

@@FBCGodfather I finally figured it out! After years of watching videos, I found one old one from Rick Shiels and found that the entire problem was my grip (it was wayyyyy too open). I'm sure that a lesson could've found that right away and saved me a lot of frustration
@FBCGodfather
@FBCGodfather 3 жыл бұрын
@@lukesanders2827 I have always had an outside/in swing with a huge slice. I adjusted my grip last year after watching Rick's vids. It helped straighten it out but it does nothing for the outside/in motion. Turns out, I was loading up on my right leg, instead of rotating my hip, which wasn't bringing my club around behind me. As soon as my downswing started he showed me just how FAR outside it puts me. One straight on video and a green line drawn up my right leg later. (OK, maybe some homework and drills lol) And I'm turning my hips and my path is now MUCH straighter

Just got one of these. I play a little face off the tee that tends toward higher pushes or toe hooks. It’s hard for me to keep spin off my shots, even the toe ones. This driver helps with that, even the push faces go 275. The really awful toe strikes are definitely a problem, they dive out of the sky, but feeling confident in letting it go right helps minimize those.

The tsi4 is the second coming of the titleist 905r. I went from the 905r to the TS2 and bought the tsi4 beginning of this season, it was like being welcomed home. It rewards the consistent powerful swings, and will literally bite your head off if you mis hit. Its the Dodge viper of drivers. The club has the tech in it to give you the best lap of a course compared to anything else... If YOU can drive it. definitely for handicaps 8 and lower. If that's not you game, your money is better spent on the Tsi2 or 3.

Why would you deloft an 8° driver? That's probably why you were pushing it right most of the time 🤔 delofting does open the face slightly. If anything stick with Tensei white and loft up? (like DJ @ 10°) You'll get higher launch and a bit more spin which will increase your carry 🤔. Golf balls need a certain amount of spin just like an aircraft wing needs turbulence to create lift? That's why golf balls have dimples? 🤔 Too little is not good. Maybe try again but lofted settings...

I am a very high ball hitter, very high spin player and my handicap is under 1 so I know my way around the golf course. I wouldn't touch this club. I tried the TM M5 Tour about 18 months ago which when I hit was hugely long but I reckon it cost me 3 - 4 shots every round because it was so unforgiving and so low spin. Clubhead speed was also 3 - 4mph higher than the normal M5. I reckon the Tsi4 is the same. I am strongly considering the Titleist Tsi3 though and currently play the normal M5. Not sure who these clubs are for. Even on tour there are very few guys playing the Tsi4.

Hey Pete, I'm a scratch golfer, but i've never been a long hitter. at 5'10" 208lbs, I only swing the club at 104-107mph with a driver, resulting it only 255 yards of carry and 280-287 yards distance total on average. Are there ways for me to increase my club head speed? I don't need Bryson distance, but you're a similar build to me and you're 10-15 mph faster than I am. Any advice is much appreciated. Cheers!
