You might already know, but the blud using Rivers of Blood during the Radahn/Fire Giant fight is Okina's summon, guy from who's invasion you also get the weapon. Actually kinda funny now that I think about it, because Okina invades you at a Church right before the Fire Giant fight, in the canon of this randomizer run he might have specific beef with the Fire Giant.
