This famous dessert has driven the whole world crazy! Very tasty recipe! Divine meringue roll with strawberries and blueberries
5 egg whites
Sugar - 8 oz / 220 gr
Corn starch - 0.7 oz /20 g
Vanilla - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Mendal slices - 5 oz / 150 g
Strawberries, blueberries
Cream:
Cream 33% - 6 oz / 170 ml
Cream cheese - 9 oz / 250 gr
Powdered sugar - 1.4 oz / 40 g
