So good to see a BDG video in my feed!! I like both Shield and Absorb Elements but if I had to pick one, I’m taking Shield. You get attacked basically every fight if not every round, whereas you might not get hit with elemental damage for a while. When you need Absorb Elements though, it can prevent a tragedy so it’s an excellent option.

It is good to have a new video go up!! I definitely agree with your points on Shield and Absorb Elements! Both have their place but shield just has a better effect!

I LOVE the Aberrant Dragonmark, but not quite as much as I did in 3.x! 😂 Anytime Eberron gets referenced, it's a WIN!

My dm likes to use area of effect spells, so I think Absorb would be more beneficial!
