THIS BACK PATIO WAS THE DIRTIEST IVE EVER SEEN!!!!
So I wanted to try out doing a pressure washing video and I had a blast working on this patio and editing this video! it was actually super satisfying as I was making this video!! if you wanna see more pressure washing videos let me know!!! I think its pretty fun.

Please combine the mowing and pressure washing so there is a complete transformation for the homes you choose. Edit: P.S. A turbo nozzle would be a nice addition, too.

Congrats on the new house! Would love to see more pressure washing and projects around the house. Tip on pressure washing - hit the edges with the wand then go in with the surface cleaner, then the bleach. No need to use the wand all over plus the surface cleaner...you'll save time that way.

Congrats on the house purchase Al, you should add pressure washing to your lawn service, and buy a turbo nozzle for your pressure washer, you'll see a huge difference between it and a normal tip

Congrats on the new home! I suggest putting gravel along the edge of the patio to keep the rain from splashing dirt onto your patio - worked for me!

Good job, what you can do, is spray or pour from a bucket all purpose cleaner all over the area you are cleaning, the use a push broom to loosen it up after It set sat for a minute or two. Then pressure wash it. Makes it easier

Congrats on the new house. Thought you were opening a new line of business. I would say only use the wand for the edges. Do quick spray to get the loose dirt off then use the surface cleaner it will save time and you only go over it once.

Only hints I know of are what my neighbor told me. She said don’t run it across your foot or the hose. I left my small pressure washer with my brother when I moved from NC to Texas. He used it more than I did.

Happy to see you've been cloned at last. We need more of you :-D PS I was hoping you'd get a pressure washer. That would up your game for some of the work you do! Only advice I have is to be careful what you point it at - that can damage siding/penetrate holes in foundations, etc.

I liked the opening skit of Al Bladez talking to a new homeowner who had an amazing resemblance to Al himself, glasses and beard and all, before pressure washing the back porch and getting the stains out of the concrete. Marvelous job all around. Loved that skit.

For pressure washing tips, talk to your friends at Lawn Care Juggernaut and his Dad at Cabin On The Hill. They do great pressure washing and know how it is best done. They use a spray-on cleaning solution before washing and also a solution for algae on the house itself.

There are only a couple of things I’ve learned from watching a couple of guys who power wash as part of their professional work: they use different methods with some surfaces (like steam cleaning on some types of stone), and they put new sand in the joints of paver or brick patios after they’ve done the cleaning and let it dry. I hope you’ll do and share your pressure washing jobs. As a couple of other people mentioned, it would definitely add to the makeovers you already do! (I just bought a pressure washer myself, and am eager to try it out on my driveway and siding) 😊

I love home project videos so that’s a yes for me. I’m not a huge pressure washing fan. I love the result and process but the mud mess it makes in the yard gets me really anxious. Silly but true.
