You are absolutely right sir. I am living in Haldwani for past 5 years. It is drain of entire kumaon region. Extensive plotting happened and is happening. But mega pockets are empty in between the city. Flats will come up in those pockets in next 5-7 years. No mega flat building company has entered here. Once a group like that will come outskirts will stop appreciating the way they have in past. Dehradun has lot of flats society structures. Haldwani is 10 years behind dehradun. But yes this will play here also. Your analysis is damn correct. 🙏🏼

We are resident of udaipur rajasthan, my mausa ji lives in Jaipur with his family , in 2009 he made my father invest 22 lacs in a property which was said to be grow tremendously in next 5-10 years as speculation was made that state highways are being constructed near it , it's been more than 14 years not even the highway got constructed nor did the rates increased , we are still struggling to sell the plot , my father is getting old and he lst year asked my mausa ji to buy that peice of plot as it is in their city and we cannot manage it anymore and the price asked was 30 lacs , he entirely refused and asked my father to sell him in 20lacs , from that day my father hasn't talked to him and now just sometime back we are getting to know that he got commision for selling us that plot through 2nd party , in short hamara katt gaya , same thing happened in my town itself my father bought 250 gaj plot in the outskirts of udaipur in 18 lac rupees 7 years back and with that also we are struggling to even get our principal amount , just one advice from my father side to each n every middle class person who is earning money by hardwork is try to invest in real estate near to you , secondly take time by yourself inspect and try to gather as much information as you can before investing a single penny , never get into other talks

Am starting my college this year, I wasted 2 years in traiding and understanding crypto and forex market and wasted 1 lakh of family, and I am now trying to help myself through your content to be something in futures, and my parents are going through mid life crises, I hope if you can help us with your precious time
