i like how this game is different to most fps games, not because of the photorealistic graphics, but because it is more slow paced, as their is one, low health life. it slows the game down to further enhance the realistic part of the game

I think the drones are actually a cool game mechanic, for example you could light up dark places for your team mates or thy to distract enemies. also i think it would be cool for them to be distructible so you could shoot them and then you can watch your teammates from their bodycamfootage

The building and layout looks like an older call of duty game.

I really do like the bodycam style I can see that becoming a genre

I really enjoyed your gameplay with the M4 and the comp sight. I like the rifle that our boys were using in Iraq in the 90s. The car style hand guard or quad rail and a fixed A2 front sight. Good stuff!

What I think really lets them achieve realism is the fact that it's designed behind how bodycam recordings look like. Obviously irl the gun isn't up in your face and we don't see health bars or other hud indicators. And the bodycam footage style gameplay enforces that. There will probably be some people disliking how the view is so wobbly but hey that's how bodycams work, even with our eyes. Human movement naturally makes us sway or wobble, hop, and shake. I always wondered how an actual realistic shooter would finally depict real life. This is the closest we can get so far, and I guess if the future makes VR is more accessable to the common gamer it would switch over there for proper realism with true human interaction instead of an animation that plays out with a button press.

The camera filter really does all the heavy lifting. Normal games already look pretty darn realistic but it just doesn't look right on a 2D screen. Simulating a bodycam really makes it indistinquishable from real body cam footage so it looks real

I love how intense the gunfire sounds! Sudden and loud, just as it should be and it makes you realize how unrealistic all the movies and videogames are with their timid sound.

It's mostly all about post-processing and tone mapping, realistic models and hand/cam animation also adds some immersion and everything is basically carried by Nanite and Lumen. Removing the Bodycam effect alone would make it look like average Indie horror game or any other Megascans/UE5 Marketplace asset flip. I'm personally excited for "Unrecord" as it looks way better made and better polished.

Seems cool. I wonder what the devs will be doing with it in the future. Hopefully they will do something new instead of just a regular multiplayer with some classic gamemodes and the bodycam aesthetic over it.

What would be fire is if it had random map generation to make it harder to predict where enemies are but I doubt that’s possible

I like how the game doesn't give any definite audio or visual ques when you get a kill. You have to be more careful than a lot of other fps games which very realistic.

I think its possible to port this game to mobile because the main source of the realism in the game is the textures and models. It can be ported but it would not be as good as the pc version

Frame rate drop makes it more convincing actually. Recorded real life videos are usually in 24 - 30 FPS with noticeable 'lag' compared to video games in 60 FPS

My current age is 36, and I played quite a lot of first-person shooter games. To see first-person shooter games to advance to such an incredible visuals is just a great motivation to continue playing.

Wait, this is multiplayer?! 😨 When first gameplay was revealed I thought it's going to be sp only. You know what would be interesting?! An option for slow and fast reload for the whole mag and to adopt the sound of the reload, so the fast one comes with a pro, which is less time for the reload-animation, but comes with a con, which is loudness. On the other hand the slower one's pro is the low sound and the con is the longer time. Maybe this could be done in a certain game mode, more hardcore like
