Professional eater Randy Santel "Atlas" vs Funky Fries and Burgers' Quadruple Burger Challenge w/ loaded chicken macaroni & cheese tater tots hosted by Funky Fries and Burgers in National City, California which is just outside the greater San Diego area. After finishing up the Summer 2022 Ireland and UK Food Challenge Tour with ‪@KatinaEatsKilos‬, we flew to Los Angeles, California to attend VidSummit 2022 which was a lot of fun and a great learning / networking experience. I stayed around afterwards to attempt 3 delicious food challenges in Southern California. For restaurant food challenge #2, I traveled south to the Funky Fries and Burgers location in National City, California which is just south of San Diego, CA. I attempted their Funky Quad Burger Challenge which was still undefeated, having been available for more than 4 years at the time. I had just 30 minutes to feast on their delicious Funky Quadruple Burger with 2 fried macaroni & cheese patties that served as the buns. There were four 6 ounce beef hamburger patties stacked and layered with 8 slices of bacon, 4 slices of American cheese, and some healthy grilled vegetables, plus sauces. The burger was topped with fried onion rings and the challenge included 1.5 orders of fried tater tots loaded with a mixture of 2 orders of grilled chicken and 2 orders of their creamy mac and cheese which was topped with Frank's RedHot Buffalo Sauce and so delicious!! I enjoyed an optional deluxe Oreo Milkshake with my meal and was trying to become just the first person to dominate the challenge and win my $50 burger meal free plus a sweet hat & t-shirt, along with my name and photo posted on the Funky Fries & Burgers National City location's Wall of Fame. BIG thanks to everyone with Funky Fries and Burgers for the wonderful food, drinks, milkshake dessert, and hospitality!! Special thanks also to all the wonderful people from around the National City and Southern California area who came up that Sunday afternoon to watch and meet me!! We appreciate everyone in Southern California and around California who watches and supports our hard efforts!!
