So what isn't public domain is an artist's rendition. If Jimi Hendrix played that piece of music you wouldn't suddenly have a right to monetize it. To make public domain apply you need to use the material on your own recording or from any royalty free sources. What makes it public domain in this instance is where the audio is being sourced from. It's likely considered an instrument, perhaps the simplicity in tones or ubiquity of the tool. It's made to broadcast that in public, and in essence it's royalty free.

Spike ball is actually really fun. I recommend finding a sand volleyball court to play on. Allows diving for the ball which always adds to the fun.

This game is supposed to be played around the circular net. You don't have to stay on one side of the net. Typically players will rotate around and pass across to their team

In college, we loved playing with a superball. In our dorm, we had a small break/TV room with fridge, tv, microwave and a couple couches. We would be watching something and we would simply chuck the ball at something hard (wall, fridge, etc) and try to nail the others. When we found one that was the size of a golf ball AND it glowed in the dark, we took it to the basement racketball court. Got it really bright using a very bright flashlight on it and then we would turn off the lights in that room and basically chucked that ball as hard as we could and nail each other. Eventually the ball exploded! Never do this drunk!!
