I absolutely love this game and I really hope to see more of you! The only current downside is farming for specific equipment, but if you just want to play through it's a ton of fun! Here are some basic recommendations without spoiling too much (hopefully): Merris with infinite pull range, God of Time and Mort are probably the go-to strategy for simple and fun runs, because it's the only ranged character and you don't need to think about pull range. Anything with chance is affected by luck and relies on it quite a lot, so putting in Mort is helpful. Bonuses only become available if you actually have a boon for it, so spell duration e.g. won't show up on God of Time unless you have a spell with duration. God of Time is in general really good, either for Gem High and it's attack speed, or for additional pull range if you aren't running infinite. Mort's bonus experience is insanely good, especially when you face the spam waves that have a ton of enemies but rarely drop XP - it's the only good way to get XP from them and you'll get a ton. Equipment is mostly random and can appear in all kinds of forms, but make sure to pick it up and check if it's unique - some of the most broken equipment is unique and can only be equipped once (unless you sell and find it again), so be careful who you put it on.

Love these type of games. I know there is no ultimate goal or ending but it just feels fun destroying thousands to millions of enemies every second.

when you took Lady Justice's basic attack upgrade, i got so anxious, because you would not benefit at all from Time's Gem High... also you somehow never found Mort's Mayhem, you can get some crazy numbers for damage with her...

Glad you found this game, its immensely satisfying and I've 100%'d it at this point. Piece of info tho: luck only effects on hit % chance blessings or chance based item effects. It specifically says it does not effect item drop rates or rarity in the tooltip if you hover over your luck stat (B opens bag, there is a character stats menu there) You find better items by killing higher level bosses, and then once you beat the game by increasing a difficulty meter ala Hades.

i experienced 1% of DF's life yesterday, so i felt like shit yesterday night and couldn't fall asleep no matter how hard i tried so its morning and i'm awake still and i go, i have 2L's of mountain dew, there's enough sugar and caffeine in that to keep me awake for the rest of the day so that i don't become even more like a nocturnal person and then i experienced the extreme balance of being dead tired and yet being wide awake.

If Magical Survival ever became a PC game I think the combat is better there due to spell mixing, but this is definitely way better than Vampire Survivor.
