I donno, seems to me allot of people still looked very lost in this game. Zens walking into rein hammer swings to orb a mei instead of walking through the door on the left side for example or just let her die because she fed. Cassidy walking around a wall only to walk into the mei wall again when he already went around it in the first place. Honestly I get kinda frustrated at how poor the gameplay is in these gold games. I now understand why I lose games whenever I get 2 gold supports in my team or a gold tank and I just wonder why the hell they don't do certain stuff and do other stuff. Now I understand that they just simply cannot keep up with high plat or diamond lobbies most of the time. I don't blame them for getting in my plat+ games but I also don't understand why they get put in those lobbies in the first place. Last night I had a gold 4 tank in a game with everyone else being plat 1 or higher. Also I don't flame anyone, it is just frustrating to be playing tank or dps and it taking 5+ seconds to get healed because they cancel the reload animation 3 times or spend 5 seconds lining a amp matrix up only for the enemy team to be around the corner by the time my bap places it.

@@Siks7Ate9 Gold lost is not the same level as bronze lost. I am not suggesting that gold players have basic fundamentals of the game, I am more suggesting that gold players are more fun to watch than bronze because they tend to make more wild aggro plays but the other team occasionally has the mechanics/game sense to make the play look even more ridiculous. Gold players yeet themselves down mid but at least they have some mechanics and at least make an attempt at making a play. no matter how stupid it is Bronze players sit afk on cart shooting at each others tanks like they are lining up in the civil war in a straight line shooting at each other until one side loses. The fights go on for 5 minutes until everyone on each team presses Q at the same time. Although I will say the F2P boost has lowered the standard of play in gold for sure. This is pretty bad for what OW1 gold was lol, but that is to be expected with a growth in population.

@@Whokilledkenny9 Watching this guy play was more painful than my average bronze game (where yes, nobody can aim but also picks characters that need aim and just hopes for the best the whole game (or their tank to do all of the job lol) but still at least tries to regroup sometimes)

Probably his level of aggression sometimes carries him. People often have no idea how to respond to aggression at any rank.

Legit though. Like I've been hardstuck gold on tank until this season, but I've NEVER played this terrible. I'm genuinely flabbergasted that I shared a rank with this guy.

This type of rein is the 1 that made me literally lose my mind and got my first account banned lol. My silver rein was pressing shift into 6 people from halfway across the map, had me on bap and my brother smurfing on a silver account as a diamond ana. We healed a combined total of 89% of damage taken, we nanoed him during the charge, bap ulted, lamped him naded him and both supports shooting through the amp matrix and he flamed us for no heals while he basically didn't use his shield at all. I literally lost it and screamed at him for about 2 min thinking of every curse word that came to mind lol. I after the ban I realised there is no point in flaming or screaming at someone who is just literally brain-dead lol.

@@doubleeta56 because this rein I was talking about was literally flaming everyone the entire game while he was feeding every single fight. After the first fight he said support gap when he charged into 4 people including a bastion (on Havana btw) from basically the spawn all the way towards the corner instead of pushing the cart while using it as cover. And yes I was toxic at the end of the match, never started toxic. And no I am no longer toxic

If you want any help with climbing/tips etc let me know might be able to help out. Currently nearly diamond on every role, diamond 4 on tank plat 1 on dps and support. I used to be silver in every role and climbed all of them to plat+ in ow1 (I wrote that not to flex but as a reference that I know how those ranks play and how to get out)

The only difference between bronze and gold is less leavers less alt accounts and slightly better aim.

@@dogman8339 there is allot more difference than that. Like a really large amount of difference. Understanding of the win conditions, positioning, hero usage (as in correct playstyle for the each heroes) ability usage, ult usage and ofcourse getting value with the heroes. And then we have flank timing, map awareness/gamesense
