In more ways than one! Some of the Ballots did NOT have a Verifiable Chain of Custody... Which WOULD invalidate them according to State Law. But the Judge in Phoenix IGNORED that Issue ! BTW in Georgia - ********** Fulton County recently admitted that is did NOT Signature Verify ANY Ballots in 2020. Which was a Violation of Georgia State Laws. Had the INVALID Ballots been Tossed according to State Law. Trump may have actually WON Georgia. There's also a bunch of people like me that will vote 3rd party because the Democrats aren't promising anything to justify the vote. Each election cycle they try to make people vote for their bad candidates because the GOP candidate is an existential threat, but rather than running the best possible candidate and letting the voters choose, they forced HRC and Biden on us. Even when they are in power, they don't even try to fight for the things they promised the voters. For better or for worse, at least the GOP does try to do the things they promise.

Judge donated to democrats, judge's daughter made millions working for democrats in politics, jury's were majority democrats but said they could vote impartially. What's important to remember is that if Biden had been doing great things for the USA and the world his dementia would be a non-issue. More likely you'd see an outpouring of love and support for him having to deal with his age.

No, the dementia would still be an issues This is the man that has the nuclear launch codes and can authorize the Ukrainians to use American weapons to attack targets inside of Russia. In other words, he could still trigger WWIII. The Democrats have just decided to not invoke the 25th amendment. If Biden doesn't fit the intended use of those provisions, then I don't know who does.
