they already said abilities are based off archetype of the player meaning not rvery type of qb will have access to every qb ability. and the tiers are based off ratings, meaning just because you gain an ability doesn't mean the player will always be able to unlock the highest tier. and a player can have upto 8 abilities meaning thats the cap it doesnt mean every player is going to be rynning around with 8 abilities.
