On one hand this feels like the motorbike version of the type of folks who balances on the edge of buildings. That said, this fella has also been a legend for decades and is probably the only one who can do it "safely" at those speeds, even I who don't know anything about riding bikes can tell his rhythm for when to bob and weave between cars is ridiculous, like an instinct that can't be taught. As much as I don't know exactly how to feel about it, he is kind of the embodiment of "no one survives life so we might as well live before we die".

He is well above 300 at some parts, only problem is the speedometer tops out at 299 xD
