reptile twink it is true though that you need to consume less calories than you burn in order to loose weight. In regards to eating it’s pretty simple, one dish only 2/3 with green, the rest some kind of meat, and that’s enough to get started. Plus water, lots and lots of WATER.

yeah for tests i would stop studying even if i wasn't done and sleep, and the morning of the test id "dress up" eat right etc then do more studying if i had to but sleep and properly eating are very important or you wont even be able to recollect what you already know :P (not to mention a functioning brain has a better shot at piecing together things you don't know for a better "guess")

Five years later and I’m pretty sure they removed the app :(( I had it once and it actually motivated me, surprisingly. I lost a ton of weight, but ended up gaining it all back. Now there’s only the one for guy’s but the girl is so much worse than this guy.
