Been here since Vlogust 2023 day 1. Nobody does new things daily, I think it’s normal you’d repeat yourself from time to time. Your vlogs have not seem repetitive to me at all, you’re part of my lunch break and I wouldn’t have it any other way 🩷

I love the "boring" vlogs like rainey day with Boo. Maybe after a year, you can take it easy and not vlog every day to give yourself a mental break. creating videos every day sounds exhausting. Take care of yourself ❤

It's so neat to see the difference of the two channels, you are very entertaining. I like seeing how FAR we have come since the 70's, it really is a cheap thrill to me to be in the future with all this wild stuff that didn't used to exist and be amazed with what young people (etc.) have come up with to do with it.

I’ve watched almost all of your vlogs since you started doing them daily last August. In August I actually got the courage to quit a horrible job that was making me miserable and then went on a journey of applying to 600+ jobs until I started my dream job in February (and moved to my dream city!). But your vlogs kept me company every day while I was going through a rough time, and seeing you vlog so consistently really helped me stay on track, too So thank you!! You need an ikea drafting table (like for architects). You can buy the table top and legs separately for a total of like $300. It’s the biggest desk I could find and I’m obsessed. Also- my bf is a photographer/videographer. Maybe I should make him give you a lesson 😂

Hey Kylie. If you’re using a condenser mic, you gotta be super careful with phantom power. You can’t unplug your mic (or plug it in), while phantom power is on, but you need phantom power to be on once the condenser mic is plugged in. You can damage expensive mics like this (music production experience here lol 🤚🏼)

I have this exact focusrite! Gain is basically how much the mic picks up (some mics need more gain to pick up your voice at speaking volume but the basic rule to follow would be: if you speak loudly into the mic, the gain needs to be a little lower so the volume doesn’t clip and if you speak softer, you’d crank the gain!) Also, some mics need phantom power to function properly and some do not! it’s basically sending extra voltage to your microphone when you have it on. if it wasn’t working without phantom power, then the mic needs it to function properly! make sure to turn off phantom power when you unplug the mic, otherwise you may damage it :) hope this helps

If you want to do a class in film check if your community college has any classes. Even though it's only community college the qualifications to get a teaching job there are high. You could learn a lot.

Please don't be like me and waste your $ on film school. You'll forget everything you learn unless you're consistently utilizing what you learned. I get more use out of an Adobe PP book I had to buy for school.
