Majority of the market sectors are in bubbles, might opt out of stocks entirely if it crashes. All I keep pondering is when or if this bubble will pop. desperate for early price interest.

Moving out of the stock market due to fears of a bubble burst could be a wrong move. Instead, look for pockets within sectors that can help you to balance both growth and value or sometimes it's even better you speak to someone more enlightened to understand options best meant for you, I did the same myself, it paid off.

@@kirankumarbw UPL, Clean Science and Rain Industries. The best companies in their respective product line and available near 52 week low. Financials are good and FII DII have a good stake. These stocks will run the most when chemical sector gets back on its feet.

Holding Equitas SFB from June 2022. That is the only stock I have not sold or churned yet. Its 140% up for me at CMP. I believe this will get P/B of AU soon and that is where the return will grow even more exponentially. I’m also studying suryoday as I’m note sure whether its a value buy or value trap.

Most of the stocks in SFB will do well. Prefer ESAF as their Growth is a structural. The last two years growth was moderating due to their shift from micro finance to SME and retail loans, from unsecured to secured. They have a methodical way of reaching the unbanked, they have their own credit worthy data base of their customers mined by being in the community. They have a very high percentage of repeat customers and they are the word of mouth ambassadors in the rural belts. They have very high NPAs, but they also have the highest NIMS, the geography they operate have good credit behaviour, they will be the biggest beneficiary of the cutting of interest rates when it comes. They are expanding to the Northern territories, as they add more branches their cost of deposits will reduce.

How do you establish that a sector is undervalued or overvalued? I understand PE ratio is used for stock specific valuation, but we compare it with the industry PE. If all the stocks are undervalued, the industry pe would also be low, so how do you identify if a sector is overvalued or undervalued?

You should consider looking at historical pe of the said industry, in context of the current growth opportunities.
