Wish they would’ve posted info details at the beginning of each home, such as, # bedrooms, # bathrooms, # garages, interior sq ft, property size, and starting base cost (not including upgrades). They only said the cost for house #1, at 11:24, which was for a 4 bed/ 4 bath/ 3 car garage at $749,900, not the cost of the 5 bed/ 5.5 bath home that was shown in the video. They didn’t mention cost for house #2 or #3.

These videos do not give the house justice. These homes are even better in person! Tri-point homes are on point! If all goes as planned we will be moving thanks to Jackson, Jojo, and Nate!

House #1, and #3 I love the kitchens, #2 kitchen is a little small, but overall i like both #1 and #3.

I wouldn’t say Cheap, all of these homes shown are 1mm million plus. This community is slightly cheaper than Bridgeland and Townelake, but not by much. We talking like 5% cheaper at most.

I need to know what they consider cheap. What is cheap about a 600k and up house? Because, the interest rates, mortgage payments, hoa, and property taxes. We didn’t even get into bills and insurance.

Why do you say that? It’s getting over priced like Austin. North Dallas seems to be where most transplants are moving to. New construction is a little more expensive in the Dallas area vs the Houston Suburbs

Don’t leave San Diego (if you can afford it). It’s not a parallel move and definitely NOT an upgrade. Don’t let the McMansions fool you. These suburbs are far away from everything, traffic is horrendous, weather sucks, and it’s nothing but flat land- not scenic at all in comparison to other parts of the country. Native Houstonian speaking…I moved in 2019 and would never return. There are better options in Texas if that’s where you ultimately want to be.

Don’t buy a house nest to the neighbor it’s horrible. You cannot put the camper the noise chest better wait the rent and find a piece of land and buy a construction and that way we don’t have homeowner to that we don’t have neighbors to bother you nonstop annoying usand you save big money to put in the pocket
