In this video I finally got to pursue this abandoned eyesore that has plagued this neighborhood. The city has posted a notice but it wasn't fully completed. This yard was by far the worst I've encountered in a while the driveway was embedded with over grass and old asphalt on top of the yard being overgrown. I also encountered wasp nests and spiders! So this was a challenge. Once I completed the cleanup the neighbor across the street told me that this owner had 10 more houses that were similar to this one and others have offered to purchase the property but he wants way more than what it's worth. If you're into a transformation this video is a must see from beginning to end.
