It is about the apartment I live in, and it is a group of people involved with the harassment, abuse and intimidation. It appeared to be political at first, however this is more about some kind of power and control, and money. Alcohol seems to be a connection amongst all of them. I don't know if the meetings are held at a bar, or what. The 3 groups are different but they have the same goal, what ever that is.
