NS choke is already my favorite sub, this variation looks very appealing. The fact that you don't have to squeeze is so amazing to keep energy!

The chest as your hand is awesome detail. I use my ribs in the same fashion executing the north south choke when opponent looks away from the choking arm. I use my rib to scoop and crush, scoop and crush, then I give them a little relief for them to turn their chin up and then sink down to the floor to finish choke.

Arm triangle and punch chokes are my fav sub. Gotta add this rad stuff.

Cool, looks original to me, lots of takeaways- popping the head/ locking the spine using chest pressure instead of shoulder or head, using the plank to crush someone like a nut, and maybe even a transition or bailout from kesa game( the scarf hold)..wish my ribs would heal.
