Watching the hot seat has made me realize that their are a lot of people who try to start businesses, but are naive and can’t get out of their own way in order to have a successful business…..even when someone whose done it at a high level tries to give them game 🤯

This man said Month 1 - consult Month 2 - shoot content Month 3 - edit content Month 4 - email marketing If I had to wait 4 months and pay you $4000 for something that can get done in 30 days, you aren’t the person I should be working with. This is a clear conversation that shows he does not do what he’s offering. He doesn’t even know how to do what he’s offering at a high quality.

First of all David, thank you for this hot seat. It has been a mirror for me as an entrepreneur. Most importantly it shows how delusional and scattered we can be. This show also shows the importance of coaching and mentorship. I think some social media influencers have shown us that we can snap and become a business owner, when truth is we need to be working a 9-5 while getting mentorship and working on our business until we get it to where it needs to be. I can’t say anything bad about him because he’s actually using his brain, HE’S THINKING. and he may have some things to learn, but he is confident, charismatic and putting forth effort. Unless he’s poorly explaining it, his business model is a scam. Anytime the value & effectiveness of your work for client 1 is dependent on the budget of funds received from clients 2 through 20, that is a Ponzi scheme. Too many black business do this. Example: I ordered candles in June but didn’t receive them until October due to “supply issues.” No, you needed more orders to buy the bulk supplies you needed to complete my order is what really happened.

I was really rooting for him in the beginning. But as it started playing out, I now realize why he hasn't gotten anywhere. This is why you should ALWAYS ask questions and do your research when someone is trying to sell you something. He's a great talker and could easily get someone to buy into what he's doing as you saw with Dave until he started breaking it down.

At 15:45, words have more power, meaning, and impact than we know. The reason why the Black Panther, Civil Rights, and Malcolm X movements have died is due to what they were called. Everything eventually becomes what it is called. If the young man knew that anything called a "movement" is destined to be temporary, he would not call the long term "culture changing" goal he is trying to achieve a movement.

I want to help this brother. Just get somes zaps set up my boy for your clients you gotta leverage ai in this aspect. Then higher based on the gaps. You will reduced the monetary output and being able to keep proceeds for reinvesting in better product for existing clients. Wash and repeat with a lil tweek

Dam it's crazy to see. Cuz just not getting it. Income is $1000 a month but the expenses is $4000 minimum. You've already admitted you can't perform all of the services yourself. Not to mention the movement isn't a movement. MY guy is a finesser. If he took the time to humble himself he may have learned something with the right questions. For one, I would've asked what would be your first 5-10 steps.

I know Jeff from way back personally and did his video work back when he started the podcast and production. He has reach and always made it happen somehow someway but much like I told bro in the past he lowballing his prices and gonna get burnt out. $5k a month.
