dude I’ll be honest I wouldnt even compare the speedrunner you were 6 or so months ago to you now. so calm, organized, and optimized. your experience is really starting to show

You're so calm and cool about it, I feel like a while ago you would not talk at all, be super focused and serious, and like really happy when you found out this was a really good seed

It amazes me how fast you finished this speedrun, even if the seed/rng was not perfect by any means. A lot of other speedrunners would have just reset by this point, but you made it work :o Those 1000 speedruns really made your playstyle one of a kind, uh

Dude I'm watching it for the 2nd time and I just can't get over how well executed this run is. There's no divine travel, no fastion, no ocean exposed stronghold, no hundred-block blind, nor god blaze rates. It's still a good seed, but man it's played insanely well

well played couriway. there’s something about mapless treasure runs that make it so satisfying (dunno if that’s the right word) I’m now going to do rsg speedrun s, because before I play with mods like pogloot and icarus, combined with fsg and ssg, because I don’t have that much time on my hands (I used to have up to half an hour to play mc because of school). Now that it’s summer break I have way more time to speedrun. I’ve been watching you since you got your 14 min world record, and since then I’ve learnt A TON of stuff about speedrunning from you, so thank you. Now I can put all of that into actual runs. Your 1000 no reset speedruns (congrats on that, one of, if not the best accomplishment in MCSR) really gave me motivation, as I can see how many seeds can actually be played to get a pretty good time. My Pb from like 8 months ago is a 25 minute run, and my goal is sub 20. I will just end this comment here. Once again, thank you for everything you have done for the speedrun community, and I can’t wait to see what comes next. Congrats on your second fastest time!

See, this is the thing, there is so much that separates the greatest speedruns from a great speedrun. A great speedruns always takes lesser chances, and uses safer strats, compared to one of the best speedruns, which go as far as to attempt a zero cycle edit: also, the greatest runs have some monstrous chances and shit, often runs are ruined because of eyes in the portal

At 9:28 for like one frame Couri’s Y level is exactly 69.420

I think this is a best demonstrating guide for Minecraft speedrunning! That's because there are many modern strategies which are necessary for a speedrun. Also most of the RNG like piglin trades, End portal (which is an 1 eye), dragon perch time ..etc, are very close to normal, and no divine, no ocean exposed as well. Its a great seed still, but Couriway just done it in the best way!

This run is amazing. It's a really good seed played brilliantly, the strats involved and the movement show how good of a speedrunner Couriway is

Just for some advice, if ur on low hearts while waiting for the portal to appear and u accidently look at an enderman, don't panic and just stay in the fountain because even if u die, u will still go through the portal as long as ur in the fountain.

I wish calculators weren't allowed, it make the run more skill based. It's so cool seeing how good Couriway is at findding the stronghold without any help

Since you have finished 1000 runs, you should now do 100 runs of easier categories like fsg or icarus or pogloot or combinations of these. It would be cool to see the statistics and compare it to the average normal run from the 1000 runs stats.
