Office footage is from today (5/8/2019), and the ride footage is from Float Life Fest 2, which happened in October of last year.

This video started off with me just trying to create..... something. Anything.
I use iMovie, I'm not a vlogger, my camera is cheap, I don't have anything to say, I don't have a filmer, editing takes too long, I only make ride videos....... Honestly I've had so many excuses for what I don't or "can't" do. I just want to create more for the Onewheel community and find a genuine way to share my experiences so... yea.

You inspired me to take the money I had saved for an electric bike and instead purchase a OneWheel+ XR. I love your videos! I'm so looking forward to being a part of this life! I can't stop watching every video I can find. My OneWheel+ XR will will be here in two days. It is making it's way from it's birth place in California to it's new home in my life! I will tell you, owning an ebike myself and now a onewheel xr, get the onewheel. The ebike will become boring pretty quickly believe it or not, but the onewheel opens up so many possibilities as well as ultra portability.

@slydogstroh Cheap camera, iMovie, not a pro “influencer”, no cameraman... none of that matters. You’re genuine approach to bringing the community quality content shines. Seeing you share exactly what you love in your own way is all any of us want. I for one really enjoyed this video and would love to see more like it. Evolve and keep being you. That's me when I try to talk to a camera but keep doing it. The weirdness goes away quickly. Especially if you're a cool dude with Onewheel because it makes for a good distraction haha.

Before you I thought onewheels were slow wobbly stupid things no good for getting anywhere. Now i know onewheels are good fast transport, AND awesome tricks, STOKE etc. - Thank you!

Just got my XR a week ago and thank you so much for the fantastic videos. I'll be moving to Chicago in the fall, and I wasn't sure if it was going to work in the city, but your videos changed that perspective.

Hey hey hey. Don’t you dare get all anxious over first vids. You will, inevitably, go back and cringe at them. However that’s how learning new things is. Getting on the onewheel is awkward when first learning and you look like an idiot. You look like an idiot learning guitar first time until you get it and true rhythm down and chords. Driving. Cooking. Etc. bad bad bad. Even you with new shiz. Don’t stop doing this. Figure it out on the way. Keep forcing yourself to upload more of this iMovie stuff. For us. At the moment. Will definitely support whatever brings more of a voice out of one of the best vlog/riders we’re aware of. I watch the float life’s videos and you and your friends bombing that dusty rocky hill/mountain. Was what got me to purchase my first onewheel. Keep riding. Also, you’re due for a wheel bearing change in your older one wheel. Check out “onewheel bearing” on KZfaq and see if you can find someone to do it. You’ll keep that motor alive much much longer. Much love. Keep floating.

Yo, your camera is fine. The angle is fine. The colored light looked good when you tried that. If you want to experiment, try out something like KORJO Dream Color LED Strip Lights, 32.8ft/10M Bluetooth LED Chasing Light with APP, Waterproof 12V 300 LEDs 5050 RGB Color Changing Rope Light Kit, Flexible Led Strip Lighting for Home Kitchen or a different brand. The thing is, just be you and talk about anything you feel like talking about to go along with your riding vlogs. Experiment with your room, lights and make it however you want it, or just keep it like it is. Don't sweat it too much. You can use that camera, a cell phone camera, or if you have money or save up, get a cheap video camera. I started with a Panasonic G7, and then went to a Canon 80D. I'm still trying to get ready to do an official music/guitar/life vlog myself. The main thing, IMO, is just be you and have fun doing it. Keep it FUN n don't sweat the small stuff. People like you, dude. Just talk to them and they will be happy.

Maybe one? On some gravel.... I've had high speed bails due to potholes and once a literal speed bump that was installed the night before haha. ooof that was a bad fall. but not many high speed nosedives at all....

Pretty good video bro.... When the XR has a battery Led light on top of the board like the Pint I will buy ONE 😀👍 I am at a loss cause I stopped using a Cellphone since 2010 and so I will continue to wait at the same time explore other options
